All West Passage pieces are made to order. Once you place your order production begins within 24 hours.
- Production time: 2–4 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days after production
- Total estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order specifically for you, we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or printing errors.
To request a return:
- Contact us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- If approved we will provide return instructions
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size ordered
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled while they are in review status. Once production has begun we are unable to cancel your order. Contact us immediately at westpassage@gmail.com if you need to cancel.
